Kevin Frassrand is a seasoned construction contractor and business owner with more than two decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial building projects. Since founding Kevin Frassrand Construction Services in 2000, Kevin Bernard Frassrand has focused on plastering, stucco, metal stud framing, and light remodeling throughout upstate New York. He has completed a range of mid-sized to large-scale jobs, including over 115,000 square feet of stonework across multiple apartment complexes in collaboration with BTC Development since 2006.
Mr. Frassrand is currently overseeing exterior work for a senior retirement complex that includes a 134-unit main facility and eight additional apartment buildings. The project involves the installation of CertainTeed Ledgestone panels across 32,000 square feet and requires managing deadlines and weather-related challenges without additional labor. In addition to construction, he has worked as a field consultant with the Exterior Insulation Manufacturers Association, helping diagnose issues with synthetic stucco systems in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Kevin Bernard Frassrand holds an FAA drone pilot license, OSHA 30 certification, and training in stormwater erosion and sediment control. He also handles business operations such as safety compliance, accounting, and payroll. Outside of work, he spends time walking, flying drones, exercising, and traveling.
